This veggie guacamole is on gut health FLEEK yo! I make this all the time and always have some on hand…but this time I added Bare Bones for some gut health and extra protein!
Try it in these zuchini roll ups, dip some chips, add it to tacos, burritos, heck…just eat it with a spoon! (I do)
1/4 cup Bare Bones (discount: lilsipper10)
1 cup brussel sprouts, steamed & chilled)
1/2 cup frozen peas, steamed & chilled
1-2 raw garlic cloves
1 small/med avocado
Himalayan sea salt to taste
Puree everything except salt until smooth, then add salt to taste.
Best served chilled.
