0-Carb Fritos! (Corn Free, Paleo, Keto)

Fritos that are corn free?! Yes, dreams do come true! For anyone with a corn allergy or just looking for a healthier alternative weather you follow a keto, paleo, or are on a candida diet….these are for you! And the best part, these only require 2 simple ingredients!

Perfect to top yoru chili or just have as a crunchy snack!

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 level scoop of Nuzest “just natural” protein

Instructions:
1. Make a batch of my 2-ingredient tortillas
2. Next, slice tortillas into strips. *Option to coat with taco seasoning from above or sea salt now or leave as is.
3. Place strips on a baking sheet and bake at 350 F for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely (cooling helps them crisp up).
