0 Carb Lemon Macaroons!


 

 

1-INGREDIENT MACAROONS! 🥥🍋That’s right, just ONE single ingredient is used to create these better-for-you treats perfect for Easter or any time of the year!

– 0 Carbs
– Keto
– Paleo
– Vegan
– Sugar free
– Nut free
– Seed free
– Grain free
– Gluten free
– Dairy free
– Egg free
– SIBO compliant
– AIP compliant

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups finely shredded coconut
1 cup coconut butter, melted (get 20% off the brand I use HERE)

Optional add-ins:
– lemon zest
– vanilla extract
– coconut sugar

Method:
Mix shredded coconut with melted coconut butter (not the same as coconut oil!). If adding lemon zest, vanilla, or coconut sugar, do so now and mix well. Scoop out into balls (they will be a bit crumbly but don’t sorry, they will stay together after refrigeration). Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Done!
*store in the refrigerator.
