0 Carb White Wonder bread Beef Sandwich

– roast beef is from Diestel
– avocado is from our backyard tree
– Bread recipe below

Bread Recipe:

Ingredients:
– 1 cup water
– 1 cup egg white powder
– 1 cup thick greek yogurt (such as Fage or Siggi’s)

Method:
Add water and egg white powder to a stand mixer (or beat with a hand held device) and whip until stiff peaks form. Add in your greek yogurt and gently mix on low for about 30 seconds. Transfer to a lined bread pan and bake in a 350 F pre heated oven for about 45 minutes. Slice, then toast each slice and use for your sandwich!
