1-ingredient vegan, paleo, whole 30, and keto friendly coconut milk is pretty much compliant with everything, right? I mean, it’s just 1 INGREDIENT!

Why I love it:
• Saves you money.
• No thickeners, gums, added sugars, preservatives…ok, you get it. It’s just one ingredient. AND THE CREAMINESS IS UNREAL!

Ingredient:
1 Fresh Young Coconut

Directions:
1. Open coconut and reserve coconut water.

2. Scrape our coconut meat (it should be soft and “jelly”) and puree in
a blender. Do NOT add liquid. You should have a thick pudding texture

3. Add 1/4 cup coconut water (keto/for less sugar use water) and blend again. Repeat this step until desired consistency is achieved.

Notes:
*Obviously the more liquid you add the thinner/less creamy it will be.
*Thicker version can be made into yogurt or used as a coffee creamer!
*Sore in fridge up to 4 days.
