This 1 ingredient, sugar free, vegan, & paleo whipped cream is so easy, you’re going to wonder why you’ve never made it before….sooooo thick, it could almost be a frosting! You’ll thank me in about 2 days.
1. Buy 2 cans of full fat coconut cream (not milk). Trader Joe’s carries it as well as Whole Foods.
2️. Place them in the fridge overnight.
3️. Open the cans without shaking or turning upside down.
4. Carefully spoon out the top, thick layer that has gathered at the top of each can. Spoon into a mixing bowl. Do not use the liquid you see inside the can (discard).
5️. Whip with a hand mixer on highest level until creamy and peaks begin to form. *Option to add stevia or coconut sugar to taste. (Move the beater in an up and down motion to infuse the mixture with as much air as possible.)
6️. Place mixture back in fridge overnight. The next day it will have thickened and you will have Coconut Whip Cream – with ❌NO sugar! Spoon on top of ice cream, pies, coffee lattes, or eat with a spoon!
