10 Minute Bone Broth Simmer Sauce

Got 10 minutes? This sauce will take less time to make then driving to the store and buying a pasta sauce laden with sugar, chemicals, unhealthy oils, and tons of sodium! Plus, it’s full of protein, gut health benefits, and super low in sodium! I could eat it by the spoon!

For the sauce:
1 cup Bare Bones Broth
1 6 oz. organic tomato paste
1 Tbsp oil (I love grapeseed for high heat)
1 garlic cloves, crushed
Italian seasonings + salt to taste

Add grass-fed meatballs balls (I use PRE Brands 95% lean and form into balls – no eggs, or binders, just the meat!) for the protein or my 2 Ingredient Cauliflower Gnocchi…OR both! You can also grate a little goat cheese on these bad boys (only cheese I’ll eat because is low in lactose and doesn’t cause any digestive upsets.

Sauce directions: Heat all ingredients in a saucepan for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes more minutes then serve with your heart’s desire! Tell me what you would add to this sauce on Instagram! See you there! @lilsipper
