I get asked all the time on my Instagram what SIBO and Candida Diet recipes are my favorite. And though I cannot say I have a “favorite”, the below recipes are surely staples and provide you, your family, or whoever is battling yeast overgrowth with a variety of fun recipes that are still packed with flavor!
Most SIBO and Candida Diets require you to eliminate most carbs and sugars, so that eliminates many foods you probably typically eat. Even fruit sugar is off limits. But with my recipes below, you can still enjoy desserts, tacos, and bread! See notes in each recipes if you’re following a low sugar / low carb diet and what to substitute (or leave out).
