When you want Cheese-It’s so bad, then decide to make your own clean, VEGAN, yeast free version instead! Result: #OnFleek
1 sprouted, whole wheat, corn, or GF tortilla of choice
Coconut or avocado oil spray
1 Tbsp curry powder
1 tsp tomato powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Sea salt to taste
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
2. Lightly spray tortilla with coconut oil.
3. Combine all spices & sprinkle over oil coated side of tortilla. Smear with hands to create a paste on the tortilla.
4. Place tortilla on a parchment lined baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.
5. Cut tortilla into squares with a pizza cutter and bake for 8-9 minutes. Let cool completely before serving (VERY IMPORTANT: cooling makes them crisp!)
