2 Ingredient, 0 Carb Tortillas!

If you follow me on Instagram, then you probably saw me make these in my stories. They were so easy and took just minutes to make (including prep!). The possibilities are endless!
Make tacos, burritos, quesadillas, taquitos, taco salad bowls, or even use them as a sandwich bread alternative!

Make 2 large tortillas
Ingredients:
2 whole eggs
1 level scoop of Bethany’s Pantry Protein Bake Powder

Instructions:
1. Blend eggs and protein bake powder in a blender.
2. Heat a skillet with a little oil, then pour 1/2 the batter into the heated pan and cook as you would a pancake. Once you start to see bubbles form, flip and continue to cook on the opposite side (about 1 minute on each side).

Store any extras in the refrigerator, each between a paper towel, for up to 2 days.
