2 Ingredient Air Fried Doughnut Holes!

In just 5 minutes, you can have HEALTHY Air Fried doughnut holes that your entire family will love! If you saw in my Instagram stories, then you know these babies puffed up in no time in my air fryer. This may be the start to something magical from here on out! Say hello to your new morning snack, afternoon pick-me-up, and after dinner dessert!
• Grain Free
• Gluten Free
• Egg Free
• Seed Free
• Nut Free
• Coconut Free





Dough Ingredients
1 cup of cassava flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda (not really an ingredient, right?)
1 cup of plain greek yogurt (Fage is best)

*Note, if you want the dough to be sweet, you can add 2 Tbsp of coconut sugar and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon. Without these the dough will not be sweet. This is optional.

Coating (optional)
Date sugar
Cinnamon

Chocolate Caramel Sauce Filling (optional, but not really LOL)
1 level scoop of my Probiotic Digestive Cacao Protein Powder
3 Tbsp raw honey or date syrup

Method
Mix dough ingredients then roll into golf ball sized balls and place in your air fryer (make sure none are touching each other). Set air fryer at 350 and “fry” for 5 minutes.
If coating
Lightly spray outside of doughnuts with coconut oil and toss in desired amount of cinnamon and sugar. I also dusted the top with a bit of coconut flour just for that “powdered sugar” look but totally optional.
If filling or drizzling with Chocolate Caramel Sauce
Mix sauce ingredients together, gently open doughnut holes and fill will a syringe or pastry bag (or you can use the sauce as a dip!)
