2 INGREDIENT biscuits! Super easy, and oh soooo fluffy! Ditch the store bought rolls and make these for Thanksgiving instead!
I’m making another batch tomorrow for my family, and you better DO IT too.
2 cups *self rising flour
1 cup plain greek yogurt
Makes about 6-8 depending on size.
1. Mix flour and yogurt together and knead until a dough forms (a few minutes)
2. Spray pan with oil and piece apart dough into desired sized biscuits.
3. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 15 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
*If you don’t have self rising flour, make your own! Just mix 2 cups flour of choice (can be GF) with 2 tsp baking powder + 1 tsp baking soda. BAM!
