2 ingredient chocolate frosting! No bananas. No avocado. And it’s naturally sweet! Did you guys see it in my Instagram stories yesterday? The consistency is super THICK and creamy….so healthy, eat it straight from the jar or spread it on toast, apples, cake, brownies, or pretty much anything! DO IT.
1 1/2 cup sweet potato puree (steamed then pureed or canned. Canned pumpkin may also be used instead)
1/2 cup pure unsweetened chocolate (15% off: lilsipper15)
1. Melt cacao/chocolate then blend in a blender with sweet potato puree.
- Refrigerate at least 5 hours or overnight to allow frosting to
thicken to a firm, “frosting-like” consistency.
