If you’ve ever wanted to eat the entire package of those Trader Joe’s EBTB Ciabatta Rolls, I feel you! LOL So I ventured out and decided to not only remake them in a healthy way, but managed to make them using just 2 INGREDIENTS (minus the seasoning of course).
Oh, and did I mentioned these are:
• Grain Free
• Nut Free
• Coconut Free
• Dairy Free
• Yeast Free
• Paleo
• Keto
….and Whole 30 compliant! Yes, even Further Food collagen (1 of the 2 ingredients) is Whole 30 approved. These are also great if you’re on a candida diet and want some bread-y goodness! These will certainly become a staple in your diet!
Makes 4 Rolls
Ingredients:
3 egg whites + 1 egg yolk
1 Tbsp of Further Foods Grass-Fed Collagen Peptides (15% off: lilsipper)
Trader Joe’s EBTB Seasoning (optional – note, this seasoning can cause digestive issues from the garlic, onion, and seeds, so if you are currently having IBS issues, I suggest omitting)
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. With an electric or stand mixer, whip egg whites until peaks form, then gently add egg yolk and Further Food collagen (15% off: lilsipper) and gently mix until well incorporated (batter should still have peaks). Divide into 4 balls/shapes and place on a lined baking sheet, top with seasoning if using, and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
