2-ingredient coconut fudge!

My husband and I couldn’t stop eating them and I’ve already made a 2nd and 3rd batch! Haha!
– sugar free
– low carb
– keto
– high in protein

Ingredients:
1 cup of my special edition organic toasted coconut butter (measure when solid in chunks)
3/4 cup thick greek yogurt

Method:
Melted toasted coconut butter then blend both ingredients until smooth. Transfer mixture into a lined dish and freeze for 1-2 hours or until firm. Slice and enjoy! Store extra slices in the freezer.
