“2-Ingredient” Cottage Cheese Biscuits!


Savory. Salty. Fluffy. Flakey. Warm biscuits right from the oven is pretty much what you NEED. Not to mention these “2-ingredient” biscuits are 100%:
• Nut Free
• Seed Free
• Grain Free
• Gluten Free
• Egg Free
…..and Yeast Free!
The tang from Nancy’s cottage cheese is the perfect addition to these clouds of joy! And since they’re egg free, you don’t have to worry about contamination in your kitchen or if they’re “done enough.” Perfect for Thanksgiving and Christmas which is right around the corner, but why wait? I mean, do you really need a reason to make these?




Makes 4-6 depending on size.
Ingredients:
1 cup Otto’s Cassava Flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1½ cups Nancy’s cottage cheese OR 1 cup Nancy’s plain yogurt

Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl, then add cottage cheese and mix until it forms a dough.
2. Divide dough into desired size and shape and bake @ 350 F for about 15 minutes or until outside begins to brown.
