2-Ingredient Low Carb Protein Truffles

2-INGREDIENT LOW CARB PROTEIN TRUFFLES!

Vegetable oil is the first ingredient in the typical chocolate truffles you see (you know the ones) and the second ingredient is sugar AND they contain an emulsifier derived from soy (yum).

For 4 of those average truffles you are consuming 12g of sugar and 1g of protein….compare that to the below! I mean, it’s pretty much a no brainer! For anyone saying “just live a little”, I will say this…..HOW MUCH ARE YOU JUST LIVING A “LITTLE” UNTIL IT BECOMES “A LOT”?

In other words, a little of this and a little of that adds up to perhaps a disease, acne, digestive issues, unwanted weight, sugar addiction, sleep issues, etc. I could go on and on. Sugar feeds autoimmune issues and several other ailments I won’t mention due to s3ns0rssip.

No, we aren’t guaranteed to avoid all sickness, but speaking from experience, we can help manage and overcome candida, yeast, sugar cravings, help clear up acne and balance hormones….at the very least, FEEL GOOD from the inside out.

….and who doesn’t want to feel good?

Ingredients:
– 150g of Greek yogurt (16g of protein)
– 2 scoops of Bethany’s Pantry DSP (20g of protein – I used the cacao but vanilla or strawberry will also work! ….imagine a strawberry chocoalte truffle?!)*optional to coat w/unsweetened cocoa powder

Method:
Mix yogurt and Bethany’s Pantry DSP until it becomes a thick batter. Scoop out into balls and enjoy! I highly recommend rolling each ball in unsweetened cocoa powder for that extra touch!
