3-Ingredient Matcha Truffles!

2 ingredients is all it takes to make these low fat, raw, vegan, paleo matcha truffles. I flippn’ LOVE simplicity! I hope you all are enjoying my posts and I always love seeing your comments on @lilsipper! You really are like my extended family!

Ingredients:
1 cup soft dates
1/2 cup unsweetened cacao powder
Further Food’s Superfood Matcha Powder

Directions:
1. Blend ingredients together until a paste forms. You may need to stop every so often and scrap down the sides, however I didn’t need to since I used my Blendtec Twister Jar (so powerful!)

2. Roll into balls and coat with matcha powder. TahDah! Store in refrigerator.
