How’s your Friday night going? Make it better by eating this ENTIRE jar of (nut free) butter! Yes, I said it. Eat it ALL. I just made this in my stories (who saw it?) Spread it. Dip it. Use in sandwiches, smoothies, or just with a plain ol’ spoon.
1, 15 oz. can organic chickpeas, drained & rinsed
2 Tbsp Organic Sunbutter
1/2 cup water or more
Sea salt to taste (I used about 1 tsp)
2. Add additional water until you get your desired consistency.
3. Add sea salt to taste. *If your nut/seed butter contains salt, you may not need to add any. I used Sunbutter’s organic version and there’s no salt in that.
