2-Ingredient (paleo) Pancakes!

What are you having for breakfast tomorrow? (or dinner tonight?) If you have a banana and 2 eggs you can have these! 2 ingredient pancakes for the win! 100% grain and gluten free, paleo, gut healing with NO refined sugar! Drizzle a little raw honey to seal the deal. Sweet (and healthy) dreams!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:
1 large ripe banana (3/4 cups mashed)
2 eggs
*I like adding Vital Proteins collagen peptides for extra protein and gut health! (It doesn’t change the texture and it’s tasteless!)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Directions:
1. Mash banana with a fork (do not blend) then whisk together with eggs.

2. If using collagen, add in now.

3. Heat skillet with coconut oil and cook as you would regular pancakes.
