3 Ingredient Carb Free Bread

This NO CARB bread is great for all diet types (not just low carb) because let’s face it…
1) It’s delicious
2) It’s full of protein
3) you can fill it with sweet potatoes, bananas, and heck…even oatmeal if you want all the corbs! Haha


And it only takes 3 simple ingredients!

• Gluten Free
• Yeast Free
• Carb Free
• Dairy Free
• Paleo Friendly
• Keto Friendly
• Candida Diet Friendly
• Diabetic Friendly
• High in Protein
• Easy to Digest

 

Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup natural Nuzest protein powder
*Option to add Trader Joe’s EBTB seasoning on top (but let’s face it, it’s not optional. haha)

Directions:
1. With an electric or stand mixer, whisk eggs and baking soda until peaks form.

2. Add Nuzest protein powder and continue mixing for 1 minute.

3. Pour batter in a standard bread loaf pan lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with seasoning if desired. Bake @ 350 F for about 25-30 minutes.
*Store in freezer or fridge.
