Just flippn’ 3 ingredients is all it takes to make this Chocolate Chia Mousse!
Not banana. Not avocado. But it’s chia baby! And if you can’t stand
the texture of Chia Pudding, then I found the solution!
Are you ready for it? So here’s the deets.
Serves 2:
See notes below.
.
Ingredients:
4 Tbsp chia seeds
2/3 cup cacao powder
1 cup almond milk
*option to add a pinch of Himalayan pink salt (recommended for taste)
1. In a spice/coffee grinder, pulse/blend chia seeds until it resembles a powder.
2. Transfer chia powder in a bowl & mix cacao powder (and salt if
using). Once well combined, add almond milk and stir well until it
thickens.
.
3. Transfer batter into a blender and blend on high for a few seconds
to “smooth it out”.
4. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate overnight or until ready to
consume. Licking blender is required.
NOTES:
For my palate, I don’t need it sweet, however for most that may be too
bitter or extreme. So you can add 1 Tbsp raw honey or coconut sugar to
taste if you need it sweet.
