COOKIE DOUGH….in cookie form! Confused? Yea, me too. The outside formed a hard “shell” but the inside stay soft like COOKIE DOUGH! So I can’t really call them cookies but I can’t really say it’s cookie dough.

…and ready in 12 minutes!
Ingredients:
4 scoops of my new Vanilla Protein Powder
2 scoops of Further Food gelatin (acts as an egg replacer and helps bind the batter), 15% off: lilsipper
2 Tbsp cashew butter
1/2 cup warm water
Instructions:
1. Mix first 2 ingredients together, then add cashew butter and hot water. Mix well. It should be a “play-dough” texture. If it’s too crumbly, keep adding a tiny bit of water until batter becomes “sticky.” TASTE. It will not be super sweet, so if you want to add some honey, date syrup, or yacon syrup to taste do this now.
2. Scoop out and bake @ 350 F for about 10-12 minutes.
