3 Ingredient Greek Yogurt Cookies (vegan option)

3 INGREDIENT greek yogurt COOKIES.

No eggs.

No protein powder.

No flour. No banana.

And no nuts (just me! lol) You can easily make them VEGAN with a simple swap or keep them as is for a lower sugar option.

Ingredients:
1 cup GF rolled oats
1/2 cup organic Sunbutter
1/2 cup greek yogurt (sub with applesauce for vegan and a sweeter option)
Mini chocolate chips to taste (optional, but not really!)

Method:
Add oats, Sunbutter, and greek yogurt to a blender and blend until a thick dough forms. Scoop dough out in to balls and place on a baking sheet. Top with chocolate chips then bake at 350 F for 10 minutes.
