If you follow me on my Instagram, then you know I’m all about QUICK, EASY, and HEALTHY. And these cookies hit all 3 marks! Not to mention they actually taste good! I personally never add sugar to my desserts because I have trained my taste buds to appreciate the natural sweetness and flavor of the ingredients themselves, but if you feel like you want it sweeter, you are always welcome to add a touch of coconut sugar or honey to the mix!
Ingredients:
2 eggs (or flax eggs)
2/3 cup drippy almond butter (I used Wild Friends)
1 scoop of my Probiotic Vanilla Protein Powder

*Optional to add unsweetened chocolate chips (I used Santa Barbara Chocolate’s pure 100% no sugar, 1-ingredients chips – 15% off: lilsipper)
Method:
Scramble eggs in a bowl, then add remaining ingredients. Scoop batter into balls and place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 F for 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely before removing from the baking sheet.
