3-Ingredient NO Carb Sandwich Bread!

The 0 carb, 3-ingredient, paleo, nut free, and keto friendly sandwich bread I made in my Instagram story is here!

Again, I LOVE my carbs! It’s what give us all energy and we should NOT fear them! (I honestly don’t even count carbs – or calories and don’t need to if I just eat clean, REAL food!). But when I went on a yeast cleanse for health reasons a month ago I had to limit my carbs (for a time being) to starve off the yeast. It was horrible and so glad that’s over with, but I remember craving bread and missed it so much. So this one’s for all my candida fighting, paleo, keto friends…enjoy!

• Yeast Free
• Gluten Free
• Paleo
• Nut Free
• Keto Friendly
• Candida Diet Friendly

Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup Nuzest Unflavored Protein

 

Directions:
1. Beat egg whites with an electric mixer or stand mixer until fluffy and peaks form (about 2-3 minutes).

2. Mix Nuzest protein and gently fold into bowl with egg whites.

3. Line a standard bread loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in batter.

4. Bake @ 325 F. for about 30 minutes.
