3-INGREDIENTS is all it takes to get the job done! (Ok, 4 ingredients if you count pumpkin pie spice….but does that really cont?)
No problem! – and it’s keto, paleo, and candida compliant!

1 cup pumpkin puree (or sweet potato puree)
6 level scoops of my digestive support vanilla protein powder (this is necessary because it replaces the flour in typical bread and gives the bread some “bulk” – whey, collagen, and rice based proteins will not work)
pumpkin pie spice to taste
Blend everything and pour into a lined bread loaf pan. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing. *I topped mine with coconut sugar (this way you control the sweetness) and melted coconut butter.
