3-ingredient gut friendly rice crispy treats are now HEALTHY! And the best part? They taste just as good as those sugar filled, processed squares (I think they actually taste better!). Your kids will love them!…but let’s get real here, we all know you’re going to make them for yourself!
1 XL spotty banana
1 Tbsp of Further Food gelatin (red container)
2 cups brown rice crispy cereal of choice
1. In a blender, puree banana.
Add gelatin and puree again.
Mix banana puree and rice cereal in a large bowl then transfer batter into dish of choice.
Place dish in fridge a few hours until firm (or freezer to speed up the process).
Slice into squares and drizzle with melted coconut butter (not oil). BAM!
