3 Ingredient Vegan Fudge Cake!

Have I checked off all the boxes? I’m pretty sure this recipe will become a staple in your meal prep routine (yes, I said “meal prep” because this is actually healthy and can be part of a healthy meal and diet overall!)


Since I used Love Beets to naturally sweeten the filling, this is the fudge cake you’ve been waiting for all your life! And to think it only take 3 ingredients to make!

For the base, I used my trusty protein fluff (see my story highlight in my Instagram profile how to make it – just add water!)

The third ingredient is of course chocolate…..unsweetened and just 1 organic ingredient.

Ok, so what you’ve all been waiting for – the recipe!

Ingredients:
1 package of Love Beets Organic Whole Baby Beets
3/4 cup of Santa Barbara Chocolate’s Unsweetened Chocolate Chips (15% off: lilsipper15)
My Digestive Support Probiotic Protein (no measurements)
Water

Method:
1. Make a thick version of my protein fluff with the protein and water (see my Instagram story highlights how to make it) and press down fluff into a pan of choice (I used these).
2. For the filling, puree the entire pack of Love Beets and chocolate (I used my Blendtec Twister Jar – 25% off: lilsipper – so I didn’t even have to melt the chocolate since it blended it so well but you may have to melt it if you don’t have this) until smooth and creamy then our batter into pan / tin with the fluff. Refrigerate for a few hours or until filling is firm.
