This is the staple of all breads! Use it for sandwiches, toast, french toast, stuffing, hamburgers…basically anything you would use bread for!

1 tsp baking soda
1 cup of Artisana Organics Raw tahini (discount code: LILSIPER)
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
1. Beat eggs with baking soda with an electric / stand mixer until egg fluff / foam.
2. Add tahini and continue beating until you get a smooth mixture.
3. Pour into a greased / lined bread loaf pan (8½” x 4½”) and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool before slicing.
*I suggest slicing prior to storing.
*Store in refrigerator for up to 4 days, or freeze up to one month. I personally keep mine in the freezer and remove right before use. It thaws really fast!
