3 Minute Microwave Protein Brownie

3-MINUTE PROTEIN BROWNIE containing 38g of protein and only 280 calories for the ENTIRE pan! Finally a brownie recipe you can enjoy by licking the pan clean in one serving while still staying on track with your health goals. I’m ot one to use the microwave much, but I know many of you do and have requested a quick fix recipe so here we are! And if you don’t use a microwave like most of us, you can still bake this in the oven, air fryer, or toaster oven! The choice is yours!

Recipe
Ingredients:
– 1 egg
– 2/3 cup greek yoghurt
– 3 tbsp of SBC high polyphenol cacao powder (code: LILSIPPER)

– 2 Tbsp of unsweetened chocolate *not calculated in macros
*optional sweetener of choice – note: I didn’t use any sweetener in my recipe since I personally prefer none, however most will want to add some kind of sweetener (unless you’re like me!).

Method:
Mix all ingredients (except chocolate chips) then transfer into a microwave safe dish then add chocolate on top (if using). Microwave for 2-3 minutes (depending on microwave) and allow to cool / chill before enjoying.
Notes:
*The chilling makes the brownie more firm and sturdy so the longer it cools (AKA: pop that baby in the freezer!) the more “brownie-like” it will be.
**You can enjoy it warm but it will be more like a pudding.
***Alternativly you can bake it in the oven, toaster oven, or air fryer but times will vary and take longer.
