Nut free mylk made in 30 seconds! I just made this in my Instagram stories today (I hope you saw it!).
Why do I love doing this?
• It saves you tons of $$$
• You control what goes in it (and what doesn’t!)
• No thickeners
• No sugars (unless you want it)
…and NO straining required! Really. Just 30 seconds!
Spoon of Organic Sunbutter (no exact measurements)
1. Blend Sunbutter (or any nut butter will do – almond, cashew, etc.) with 1/4 cup water.
2. Then add 2-3 more cups of water and blend again. *The more water you add the thinner/less creamy it will be.
*Option to add raw honey or dates to sweetened it if desired.
*Tastes better chilled.
I usually don’t store it more than 4 days in the fridge (it’s usually gone by then anyways!).
