With Halloween around the corner and candy already on every store shelf, the cravings might have already begun! (but let’s get real here, cravings are all year around! Haha)
I personally don’t crave those packaged sweets anymore ever since I cut all that out years ago to help heal my gut, however, I DO still crave sweet things…and that’s ok! Our bodies need natural sugars to function, and natural, unrefined sugars from fruits and honey can do the body good (all in moderation of course). So I thought with all the candy hype during October, why not highlight some of my favorite treats that in fact ARE healthy, fun, and easy to make!
