4 Ingredient Birthday Cake Protein Cookies

These almost made it to the “3 Ingredient” section of my blog Haha Oh well! One more ingredient won’t hurt, and it’s necessary for these flippn’ amazing low carb, high protein, gluten free birthday cake cookies! Great for anytime of the year (not just your birthday!)

Ingredients:
2 egg whites
1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
3 Tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
1. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then everything together.
2. Top with sprinkles, & bake @ 350 F on a parchment lined baking sheet for 15 min.
*Makes 5 cookies.
