4-Ingredient Brownies (vegan, paleo, nut free)

I made these 4-ingredient vegan AND paleo brownies the other day and by golly!…they were gone REAL quick! I’m always experimenting in the kitchen, and always finding new ways to make the worst foods in our society come alive again in a healthier way!

• Vegan
• Paleo Friendly
• Nut Free
• Oil Free
• Gluten Free
• Yeast Free
• No Added Sugar
• High in Protein

 

….you can even eat the batter since there’s no eggs!

But I hate using 20 different, hard to find ingredients to make that happen and just want something quick, easy, and to the point. Oh, and speaking of that!…here’s the recipe!

Ingredients:
3/4 cup mashed banana (about 2 bananas)
1/2 cup of my Digestive Support Nuzest Protein
1/4 cup Organic Sunbutter
1/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients very well (batter will be thick).

2. Bake in a small dish lined with parchment paper for 20 minutes at 350 F.

*Allow to cool in fridge before slicing (if you can wait that long!)
