4-Ingredient Buckeye Brownie Cookies!

With only 4 main ingredients you can have the ultimate stuffed buckeye brownie cookies with little effort, minimal ingredients, and get in extra protein while you’re at it!! For anyone with food sensitivities or if you just want a healthier cookie that tastes just as delish as what you grew up on, this is the recipe for you!

Ingredients:
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup of Bethany’s Pantry Cacap DSP (Digestive Support Protein)
1/2 cup unsweetened organic cacao powder
Organic Sunbutter
Honeymama’s chocolate to top (optional)

Method:
In a bowl, mix applesauce, Bethany’s Pantry DSP, and cacao powder until a thick, brownie-like batter forms. Scoop out into balls and place each on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Using a Tbsp measuring spoon, press each ball down creating a “cavity” and dollop just enough of organic Sunbutter into each cavity. With remaining brownie batter, cover each cookie, sealing the sides so no Sunbutter escapes. Bake in a 350 F preheated oven for about 20 minutes, remove from the oven and immediately top with chocolate (if using) and place back in the oven for 30 seconds to melt the chocolate. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
