Easy, Vegan, Paleo, Keto, and Candida Diet Friendly Brownies!….and all you need are 4 simple ingredients! It’s my goal to make life a little easier for those with digestive issues, allergies, or just wanting to live a healthier life. And let me tell you…..these Butternut Brownies will sure make life a little easier!
1 cup butternut squash puree (sweet potato or pumpkin puree will also work)
1/2 cup of my Digestive Support Cacao Protein
1/2 cup unsweetened cacao powder (I used SBC red cacao: 15% off: lilsipper15)
1/4 cup fine flaxmeal (grind flaxmeal in a small bullet blender until super fine)
SBC unsweetened chocolate chips (15% off: lilsipper15)
1. Mix all ingredients, transfer into a small lined/greased dish or cupcake tin and press down firmly. *NOTE: Batter does not rise so fill pan to desired height.
2. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
