4-Ingredient Chocolate Cheese Brownie

4-Ingredient Chocolate Cheese Brownie

4-Ingredient Chocolate Cheese Brownie! – Chocolate and cheese sound weird together, but when it’s cottage cheese then all of a sudden the internet accepts it, am I right? This brownie is made with just a few simple ingredients you probably already have in your pantry so you really have no excuse to make it! I didn’t add any sweetener in this personally, but if you’re not as detoxed as me when it comes to sugar, you may want to add some to your preferred liking (optional).

Recipe

Ingredients:
– 1/3 cup cottage cheese
– 1 egg
– 3 Tbsp of red cocoa powder (20% off: LILSIPPER), this red cocoa powder makes a world of difference and is why I never need to add sweetener to my desserts since it’s higher in fat and richer in taste.
– chocolate chips, chunks, or squares to top
*option to add a sweetener of choice but I never do.
Method:
Add cottage cheese, egg, and red cocoa powder into a small blender (I used my Our Place blenderdiscount code: DIGEST) and puree intel smooth. Transfer the batter into a greased remakin or small dish or oven safe cup and bake in the oven at 350 F for about 30 minutes.
