4 Ingredient Chocolate Cheesecake with Coffee Whip

This protein cheesecake has 76g of protein! So if you want to enjoy dessert while meeting your daily protein goals, try this LOW CARB chocolate cheesecake made with just 4 simple ingredients!

– 76g of protein
– grain free
– gluten
– nut free
– sugar free
– low carb
– keto friendly

Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 cups cottage cheese
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 scoop of Bethany’s Pantry DSP (cacao or vanilla)
*option to add 2 Tbsp granulated sweetener of choice

Method:
Blend everything in a blender, then pour into 2 small greased ramekins and bake for 30 minutes at 350 F. They will rise at first then “deflate” as they cool. Allow them to chill in the refrigerator before serving. I topped mine with The Coconut Cult’s newest limited flavor, Coffee Date.
