The result of buying too many cans of pumpkin puree from Trader Joe’s were these 4 ingredient chocolate pumpkin scones. I had everything else stocked in my fridge and pantry, so I had to experiment with the pumpkin!….and I’m so glad I did! When fall starts to peak here in sunny SoCal and the weather starts to turn chilly, the baking get’s a little out of hand! I apologize in advance LOL
The texture is a bit like a dense brownie but still “scone-y” (is that even a word?)
Candida Diet Friendly
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 scoop of my Digestive Support Caca Protein
1/4 cup cacao powder (15% off: lilsipper)
1. Blend all ingredient in a blender (I used my Blendtec Twister Jar – 25% off: lilsipper) then bake in desired pan (HERE is the one I used) for 20-30 minutes at 350 F.
Topped these with melted Hu Kitchen Gems (15% off: lilsipper) and Kale Junkie x Nana Joe’s limited edition grain-free granola blend.
