– ONLY 4 ingredients!

Ingredients:
10 medjool dates
1/4 cup runny nut butter (like the kind from Trader Joe’s, Wild Friends, or Spread The Love)
2 scoops of Bethany’s Pantry vanilla DSP (you need this to achieve the inside texture)
Chocolate chips of choice, melted

Method:
Pit your dates and set aside. Mix almond butter and Bethany’s Pantry vanilla protein until a thick dough texture is achieved. Fill the dates and place in the freezer while you melt your chocolate. Remove dates from freezer and coat each with chocolate. Store in the refrigerator.
