To all the paleo, keto, candida, SIBO, and diabetic diets out there – YOU CAN HAVE DESSERT! Proof to show that whatever you’re going through, you will find a way (and if you don’t all good just leave it to me and I will find it for you). Whipped these babies up in less than 20 minutes! And here’s a hot tip: freeze them…..do it, just trust me. ๐
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup cashew butter
1 level scoop of my Probiotic Vanilla Protein Powder
Hu Kitchen chocolate bar of choice to top (THIS ONE is the flavor I used)
Method
1. Whisk all ingredients except chocolate with an electric or stand mixer, pour into a lined pan and bake for 15 minutes @ 350 F.
2. Remove from oven and top with Hu Kitchen chocolate (I used their almond butter quinoa version) and allow to cool.
