1/2 cup firmly packed soft dates
1 Tbsp Organic Sunbutter
3 square rice thins
Unsweetened chocolate such as Thera Treats CBD (15% off: lilsipper) or Santa Barbara Chocolate (15% off: lilsipper15)
1. Puree dates and Sunbutter in a small, bullet type blender until it becomes a paste (you may need to stop every few seconds to scrap sides and then continue blending).
Spread paste evenly onto 2 of the rice thins, then top with the 3rd square.
Cut into desired size and place in freezer while melting the chocolate (freezing will help the chocolate stick to the bars).
Coat your Kit-Kat bars with chocolate and store in the refrigerator (if there’s any left over!)
