4 Ingredient Lasagna Soup!

When you want lasagna, but also soup, but also only have 15 minutes….what to do? No need to worry, I got you!

Ingredients:
1, 17 oz jar of pure strained tomatoes (no citric acid, ingredients should just be tomatoes)
1 cup water

Desired amount of chickpea pasta shells (Whole Foods brand sells these without any gums or THIS BRAND is also a good option – no gums!)
Seasonings of choice to taste

Optional toppings:
Goat cheese (easier to digest)
Toasted sourdough

Method:
1. Heat entire jar of strained tomatoes, water, Equip Foods unflavored prime protein powder, chickpea pasta, and seasonings of choice to taste and simmer until pasta is al dente (about 15 minutes).

  1. Before serving, top with goat cheese and toasted sourdough if desired.
