Oops! I did it again! 4-Ingredient flour-less bread (AKA: Chocolate Pound Cake!) It’s a play off of my 4-ingredient Sunbutter bread (you know, that green bread that boomed on Instagram) but this time I made a few adjustments. And yes, it’s still 4 ingredients!

• Diabetic Friendly
Spread some 2-Ingredient Frosting on a thick slice and you’ve gone to Paleo Pound Cake heaven!
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup smooth nut butter
1/3 cup Santa Barbara Chocolate red cacao powder ($10 off: lilsipper)
*2 Tbsp date syrup or honey (see note below)
1. Beat eggs and baking powder with an electric/stand mixer until eggs fluff.
2. Add almond butter and cacao powder and continue beating until a thick, sticky batter forms.
3. Line a standard bread loaf pan with parchment paper and bake at 350 F for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
*I personally did not add honey as I prefer without, however if you are used to sweet things then you may want to add 1-2 Tbsp honey. For keto, candida, & diabetic diets best to leave out.
