Ingredients:
1 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup of organic Sunbutter (it’s nut free!)
3 scoops of my x Nuzest Digestive Support Vanilla Protein Powder (this is what makes it thick, collagen or whey will not work)
Santa Barbara Chocolate unsweetened 1-ingredient chips (code: LILSIPPER)
Method:
First mix greek yogurt and Sunbutter, then add my protein powder and mix until a thick dough forms. Using your hand, form into one large ball and cover with chocolate chips.
Can be served immediately or stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Serve with sliced apples or Simple Mills grain-free sweet thins.
