Recipe
Serving size: 1 cup
Makes 2.5 servings
Ingredients:
– 2 cups of Greek yogurt or skyr (0% is more macro friendly but full fat will taste better)
– 1/2 cup of chopped water chestnuts
– 10 oz of frozen spinach, thawed and excess water squeezed out
– 1 packet of a clean version of a ranch or onion dip mix (I used THIS ONE which is organic and does not contain any maltodextrin, gums, or seed oils)
Optional mix-ins (these will increase the macro count but make it taste richer)
– grated parmesan cheese
– cream cheese
– mayo
– artichoke hearts
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Adjust to taste if needed, then enjoy!
