5 hacks you gotta try! This meal may look “typical” but below I’ve listed a few tips and tricks to amp up the flavor and health benefits of the ingredients I used. These little hacks are GAME CHANGERS! Trust me!
Ingredients:

Frozen peas

Hack 1:
Soak pasta in bone broth about 40 minutes. This allows the pasta to absorb all the protein and GUT HEALING benefits from the broth and makes it super flavorful!
Hack 2:
Add Fire Cider to sauce. Not only does the sauce explode with flavor, but adding Fire Cider helps break down the acid from the tomatoes and helps in digestion.
Hack 3:

Leave frozen peas out a few minutes to thaw. Frozen are much healthier than canned, and often fresher than “fresh” peas since they’re frozen hours after picking apposed to the fresh kind which are 1) picked before they’re ripe and 2) can be a week until you get from from the farm, to the distributor, to the store, to your plate.
