Add Fire Cider to sauce. Not only does the sauce explode with flavor, but adding Fire Cider helps break down the acid from the tomatoes and helps in digestion.
Adding hemp seeds (to anything!) helps with inflammation in the body (I’ve noticed a huge difference just within a week) and they also give texture to the dish.
Leave frozen peas out a few minutes to thaw. Frozen are much healthier than canned, and often fresher than “fresh” peas since they’re frozen hours after picking apposed to the fresh kind which are 1) picked before they’re ripe and 2) can be a week until you get from from the farm, to the distributor, to the store, to your plate.
