5-Ingredient Brownies

These oil free, grain free, vegan AND paleo brownies are one one my most popular and remade desserts of all time. Why?

  • Contain NO refined sugars, crazy hard-to-find ingredients

  • Are AIP, vegan, paleo, and whole 30 friendly
  • Oh, and they’re ¬†flippin’ bomb!

Just 5, simple ingredients. DO IT!

Ingredients:
1 cup almond meal
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup unsweetened cacao powder
4-5 dates
1 large, overripe banana (about 1 cup sliced)

Directions:
1. Mix first 3 ingredients in a bowl.

2. In a bullet type blender, pulse/blend dates and banana until smooth.

3. Add puree to bowl of dry ingredients and mix with spoon until it becomes a “dough”.

4. Transfer batter into a small, non-stick baking pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350 F.
