5 Ingredient Hazelnut Coffee Cake

When you can have your coffee and eat it too! If you follow me on @lilsipper, then you know I can’t go a day without my frothy coffee…..now this dunked into the froth is gonna change the game! Need I say more?

• Sugar Free
• Grain Free
• Gluten Free
• Seed Free
• Yeast Free
• Keto Friendly
• Paleo Friendly
• Candida Diet Friendly
• Diabetic Friendly


Ingredients:
1 tsp baking soda
4 eggs
1/2 cup hazelnut butter (or any nut butter)
3 scoops of my Probiotic Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 Tbsp instant coffee + extra to sprinkle on top
*Option to add 1/4 cup coconut sugar

Instructions:
Whip all ingredients together, pour into a lined dish, top with extra instant coffee and swirl with a toothpick. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 F. Remove from oven and allow to cool (or place in freezer) before drizzling with toppings (optional)

Optional Toppings:
Unsweetened coconut butter
Extra hazelnut butter
